Retention Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us retain our core customer base by developing and building out a pro active customer service model. Please do not apply to this position unless you feel you can bring a proactive approach to our customer service department. We are looking for a leader type candidate that can make ideas come to light. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.

You will also be utilizing a new pro active approach that you will have to build, that will get to our customers before they have a problem.

To be successful as a retention specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class retention specialist is able to improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.

You would be supporting our CRM and various lead flow channels into our CRM for our customer's use in hiring more sales staff for their organization.

You would work from home so you are required to have a nice office setting where you can work from. Your area would have to be free from distractions and pets because you will be on zoom most of your day talking with the team or clients.

We are Broker Generator, and we generate appointments for our Real Estate Brokers to interview. We are currently a fast-growing Boutique with 8-10 vibrant energetic team members working full time. We need our next perfect fit.

Retention Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
  • Analyzing customer behavior.
  • Gathering information about customer complaints.
  • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
  • Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
  • Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.

Retention Specialist Requirements: Strong experience in Building a customer retention model to follow 3 years experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of how to use a CRM.
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is a huge plus
  • Promoter at heart. Can stay excited during ups and downs.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

  • Empathy and patience.
  • Advanced organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
