Responsibilities: • List and sell residential or commercial real estate (your call) • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • Attracting new and experienced agents (optional) Qualifications: • Licensed real estate agent or broker (required) • Familiar with real estate contracts and leases or willing to learn • Ability to build rapport with clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, great attitude • Honesty, integrity, and outward focus About Company: Emerging national and international team, created by experienced brokers with decades of knowledge and background in real estate.
