Bronxton managers are the face of the company and representatives of the brand. They are the style masters that our customers look to for advice. The store manager leads by example, coaches a team of Fashion Advisors for top performance, executes merchandising initiatives, and maintains operational excellence.
Store managers are responsible for delivering the best customer experience, store sales, hiring and performance management, store operations, payroll and scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management. The store KPIs tell the story of the customer experience, and we look to our store managers to drive a top ADS, UPT, SPH, TPH, and Conversion.

Base Pay Bonus Pay Paid out bi-weekly*
ANNUAL COMPENSATION POTENTIAL
Base Pay: Up to $60,000
Bonus Pay Potential: $20,000
Insurance: $2,226
· Health, dental, vision: 50% company paid and life is 100% company paid up to $50,000
Employee Discount: $1500
· 35% tier 1 items and 50% tier 2 items
Qualifications:
Approved background check; Passionate about providing an extraordinary customer experience and lead others to do the same; Able to work retail hours, varied and flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; Experience in retail management and fashion retail.
Job Requirements:
Proven results in providing a positive memorable customer experience; a passionate attitude for an active lifestyle; Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment; Lead by example as a top sales performer, while coaching underperformers; Open availability, including weekends and holidays; Full time availability during peak season leading up to holidays; Weekly hours must meet minimum of 40 hours; Performs other duties as assigned; Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand consecutively for duration of shift, climb ladders, and regularly move and bend.
