Position Summary
As Senior FP&A Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the Company's continued profitable growth strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance, develop forecasts and budgets, providing financial modeling scenarios for various strategic alternatives and contribute to the overall financial success of the company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess past performance and identify emerging trends within the business.
- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform detailed analysis into specific areas to identify drivers of unexpected results (ie., SG&A cost analysis).
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Work with functional and business leaders to establish forecast/budget timelines.
- Develop and support standard templates and procedures to ensure forecast/budget is performed consistently across various businesses.
- Help to consolidate and prepare forecast and budget presentations to senior management and Board of Directors.
- Perform variance analysis to forecast/budget and develop explanations for results.
• Internal Reporting and Support
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner to non-financial teams.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by the finance team or senior management.
Requirements:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Very strong excel and general computer skills.
• Highly self-motivated.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economic or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• 2 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related role.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
• Periodic travel will be required.
• Ability to work hybrid.
