Position Summary:
As a Director, US Taxation you will report directly to the Vice President of U.S. Taxation and be primarily accountable for analyzing and structuring transactions for our North America investment team on US based deals. As part of our global infrastructure tax group, your role will encompass tax structuring, reorganizations, portfolio company oversight and U.S. tax analysis on non-U.S. transactions.
