Job Description
Summary:
Brooks is seeking assistance in our corporate Accounts Receivable department to perform Credit/Collections.
The primary duties of this position are as follows.
Perform collection effort of past due receivables;
Work closely with fellow AR personnel (including those in foreign entities), Account Managers and other internal customers to facilitate on time payment from customers;
Resolve customer disputes via research & communication with external/internal customers;
Communicate administrative or technical issues preventing payment by escalating to the Credit Manager;
Ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 2-4 years’ in Accounts Receivable, Collections or related experience
Oracle experience a must
Detail oriented & Organized;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with collections targets in place;
Ability to see tasks through to completion
Strong Microsoft Excel/Word
