Admin Support for Trade Compliance Operations
Job Description

What you’ll do:

Manage/check group email for requests for missing import/export information.

Resolve missing country of origin blocks. Look up missing data, determine which data to use, and enter data to release blocks.

Respond to other requests for trade information (such as customer-related requests for import/export codes)

Identify missing documents for duty drawback collection, contact service providers to provide documents, track responses, and escalate overdue responses.

Perform completeness checks of manual commercial invoice documents and route selected invoices to trade experts for review.

Perform other administrative work in support of internal billing of customs broker charges.
What you’ll bring:
-
At least two years of experience in performing admin work that required high attention to detail – ideally in support of a highly regulated/compliance drive work activity.

Multiple years of experience with Excel and Word.

Multiple years of experience using various databases – Oracle experience is ideal.

Ability to track many open actions at the same time and produce report showing overdue inputs from others.
