Position Overview
This individual is the vital link to our customer service and satisfaction within our salon. They are the "first responder" to all of our guests and manage the entire process before, during and after our guest's service experience. They are meticulous, conscientious and uphold all of our company systems and structures. Customer service is their calling. Must be detailed oriented, organized and must be an effective communicator. First responders are individuals committed to do what it takes to accomplish the company goals, targets and objectives.
Specific Responsibilities
* Exceeds clients' expectations daily
* Daily task list completed
* Actively attends and participates in personal development education programs and/or events
* Follows opening and closing out procedures
* Maintains all front desk files
* Actively promotes salon to the community
* Supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures

*Two years customer service experience
* Salon software experience is a bonus
* Impeccable communication skills
* Ability to work daytime, evenings and weekends

* Have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
We have an immediate opening for a Front Desk Team Member within our hair salon. We love to hire beauty school students or recent beauty school graduates. We have an extensive training program available to help you advance to our styling team after attending a state licensed beauty school.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
