Assistant Director of Nursing (CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO)
Brookside Inn, a privately owned, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Castle Rock, is seeking a compassionate and conscientious Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse to join our team of qualified individuals. We are looking for a professional who is committed to the highest standards of integrity, quality care, and respect for our residents.
Rate of Pay
$90,000-$100,000 annually- Salary exempt status position.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, organizing, developing, and directing overall operation of the Nursing Department.

Interprets policy and regulations to all nursing personnel and ensures compliance

Analyzes and evaluates nursing and related services to ensure quality of care

Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
-
Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and infection control (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)

Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Attends and participates in facility and organization committee meetings
-
Monitors, reports, and responds to incidents and accidents as appropriate.

Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.

Ensures availability of adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment

Complete other duties as assigned
