Brookstone Estates of Effingham is now hiring a Director of Nursing (DON)!

You are responsible to select and support a nursing team whose members address the needs and the satisfaction of our senior population. You and your team must lead by example, and demonstrate dedication to our mission. You must have a proven ability to work with families and Residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives.
Must be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience as a nursing supervisor desired.

Education/Experience:
The DON shall be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Illinois, and he/she must have had at least 3 years experience, with at least 1 of those years being served in a supervisory capacity.
Valid drivers license with driving record in good standing per insurance vendor.
