Ability to execute prepping, pouring, finishing and installation of concrete. Familiarity with sidewalks, curb and gutter, handicap ramps, etc. preferred. (Basic concrete knowledge including removal, finishes, and ability to operate equipment).
Lead crew to complete work orders, includes direction at the jobsite as well as administrative work (hours/expenses/receipts, etc.) are completed as directed
Manage material and equipment ordering
Plan ahead: Communicate with Supervisors for the need of tools and forms ahead of time
Ensure all work at jobsite is completed safely and meets all company and OSHA safety procedures.
Properly supervise all crew members in a responsible manner
Complete work using industry standards and construction knowledge, working solo or with crew
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
