Automotive Sales Associate at our KIA location in Easton, PA

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate developing relationships to build clientele for life.
- Continuous training in selling skills and product presentation.
- Exhibit robust selling skills; Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales skills to become the vehicle authority. Product and Manufacturer knowledge, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Previous vehicles Sales experience a plus; not required, we will train the right person.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Ready to learn product and eager to grow with the company.
- Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.
- Clean background, driving record and valid drivers and sales licenses.
- Maintain a clean and neat work space, professional appearance and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.
