Our company is in need of high-caliber Bookkeepers who are able to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and various other entries on an Excel spreadsheet, and has proven experience with Quickbooks accounting software. The successful candidate will enjoy a full-time position that provides quality benefits including a company-wide 401K plan, profit sharing plan and paid holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate payroll.
- Perform deductions.
- Gather receipts and log expenditures and prepare them for analysis.
- Generate financial statements.
- Input and update data into accounting system.
- Review journal entries and verify account balances.
- Generate financial statements.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
