Job Posting for Motion Graphics Designer/Animator at BRP Colleague Inc.
Principal Responsibilities: Develops and takes ownership of animated motion graphics videos, overlays, templates, and other graphical elements for the firm’s various video projects. Collaborates with the marketing, video team, and other key stakeholders to understand project requirements and share ideas. Creates storyboards and creative outlines for video projects. Works with graphic design team to conceptualize and create graphical elements based on project requirements. Ability to create and modify existing graphical elements to BRP’s brand guidelines and project requirements. Adhere to brand guidelines for each of BRP’s brands. Assists video team with video production support as needed. Help support BRP’s marketing initiatives and goals. Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Proficiency with software products such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Adobe Animate experience is a plus. Experience working with project management and review tools, such as Monday.com and Vimeo. Ability to operate under pressure, meet deadlines, and be responsive to feedback. Effective project management and time management skills, especially when working with others. Sound understanding of marketing principles. Ability to grasp risk management, insurance, and employee benefit concepts. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience writing and editing professional content. Demonstrates the organization’s core values, including behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture. Qualifications: At least 3 years in motion graphics design and animation experience, including video production. Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Graphic Design preferred.
