Sales Support Manager

Principal Responsibilities: Formulates and implements sales strategy to meet production goals and requirements. Achieves sales goals through personal efforts, seasonal enroller and team production efforts. Fully comprehends the UHC portfolio of Medicare products and can effectively communicate the uniqueness and differences of all. Completes needs analysis with clients to help direct potential enrollers to most appropriate plan. Uses available presentation tools effectively. Stays abreast of compliance requirements and ensures store-wide compliance to guidelines. Schedules agents to ensure location is staffed appropriately. Communicates regularly with management – completes sales and activity reports in a timely manner. Maintains the lead management system training and monitoring. Attends scheduled sales training sessions and promptly communicates any updates to store enrollers. Maintains an ample supply of sales and marketing collaterals. Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Candidates must have, or be willing to obtain, an insurance license, complete a background check, and pass all applicable certifications. A Florida Producer's license is required. Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry is preferred. Three to five years Medicare/Medicaid experience is desired. Must possesses an in-depth understanding of Medicare parts A, B, C & D. Reliable, insured transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is a must. Proficiency with United Healthcare lead management and reporting systems is desired.
