SSS is seeking a Human Resource Data Analyst for approximately 2,100 personnel complying with DoD, Joint and Air Force military and civilian personnel management principles, concepts, methodologies, and systems.

- The contractor shall analyze large, complex datasets related to HR, such as employee demographics, performance, compensation, and engagement data.
- The contractor shall develop predictive models to identify trends and patterns, forecast outcomes, and inform HR decisions.
- The contractor shall design and implement experiments to test the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- The contractor shall create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to HR and organizational leaders.
- The contractor shall produce repeatable queries of HR data using either the Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Jira platforms.
- The contractor shall collaborate with HR business partners, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in HR processes and programs.
- The contractor shall stay up to date on the latest developments in data science, HR analytics, and technology, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR.
- The contractor shall ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness in all analyses and reports.
- The contractor shall work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of HR data and analytics.
- The contractor shall provide technical guidance based on thorough research to Commanders, Technical Advisors, Civilians and Wing Leadership regarding policies, procedures, and directives, when required.
- The contractor shall coordinate with multiple Staff/Group Offices on relevant data, analyze the impact to the 67 CW, and produce briefings for the 67 CW Commander, Command Chief, or other senior leadership as directed.
- The contractor shall ensure appropriate timelines per established due dates are met for notification/submission of all requests for information (RFIs).
- The contractor provides management analysis expertise to maximize resources to combat ready forces/cyber mission forces supporting AF, DoD, and global cyberspace operations.
