GC&E Federal is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager. The successful candidate will serve as GC&E Federal’s Office Manager for our Fort Gordon NEC Cabling IDIQ contract and other contracts, projects and strategic/tactical initiatives pursued by GC&E Federal. The Office Manager will utilize expert communication skills to communicate with the Customer organization, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors and to work with our corporate support organizations, such as our PMO, to obtain assistance, as required, accomplishing required tasks, ensuring adequate quality in all aspects of the job.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Contract/Project/Task Order Support
- Create Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word documents.
- Assist with equipment/supply inventory.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to perform site visits and submit quotes for their respective support.
- Reviewing work plans and quotes and coordinating with Project Coordinator regarding work proposed, pricing, and quality of content.
- Working in coordination with our Project Coordinator to compile information (project plan and pricing) into a GC&E approved format for submission to the customer.
- Working in coordination with the Project Coordinator to issue subcontract TOs to our subcontractors to implement the work.
- Reviewing all deliverables associated with the project, specifically TOPR submissions and final deliverables.
- Reviewing and approving invoices for the work performed.
- Working in coordination with the Project Coordinator to track invoicing for long term projects and milestone payments to subcontractors.
- Work with GC&E purchasing agent in obtaining equipment and material quotes.
- Predominantly indoors in normal office environment with some periods outdoors in support of projects
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach.
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time.
- Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
- Must have visual acuity.
- Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds.
