BRT Extrusions, a local and growing company in Niles, OH, is in need of a ISO Quality Control Manager experienced with facilitating and implementing ISO9001 programs.
What we offer:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an ISO 9001 Quality Systems and Assurance Manager (metals manufacturing preferred)
Facilitate ISO certification, administration, and compliance
Primary contact with registrar and customers
Ability to write and maintain a Business Manual required
Define and track KPI
Establish documented process control procedures
Internal audit planning and management (3 shift operation)
Internal auditor certified; second party preferred.
Gage systems management
GAP analysis preparation and management
Complete audits to maintain certification and continuous improvement activities.
PPAP experience
Excellent customer and internal communication required
Process mapping skills
Manage CAPA/CAR from customers
Position reports to the President
Salary commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
