Time and Attendance
- Clock in and out for each scheduled shift.
- Arrive on-time and prepared for your shifts
Teamwork and Communication
- Display effective communication techniques with both teammates and Chefs before, during entire shift.
- Exhibit proper communication and self-awareness under pressure.
Kitchen Maintenance
- Demonstrate knowledge of ServSafe standards. Knowledge and use of FIFO (First in, First Out). Label and dating everything.
- Keep work areas clean, buffed, organized.
- Proper and responsible use of equipment and chemicals.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
