Brulin has a phenomenal career opportunity for an Inventory Lead. Our candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of inventory controls, quality, training, development, and productivity. The Inventory Lead manages all inventory control functions including conducting daily cycle counts, managing Sage X3 system, and working with cross functional departments to ensure inventory integrity. They ensure all inventory modifications or updates are reviewed and documented.
Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily cycle counts process, inventory of materials, equipment, operational supplies, and other stock items along with inventory reconciliation activities
- Manages inventory tracking system. Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
- Diligent in working cross-functionally to ensure inventory and capacity needs are managed
- Supports financial containment through minimizing inventory loss, root-cause analysis, SKU turnover rates and plant/warehouse space requirements
- Investigates and reports reasons for inventory discrepancies, providing direction on mitigation of future issues
- Analyzes product demand, discrepancies, trends and forecast, and adjusts inventory levels and placement accordingly
