Office Manager/Administrator - Job Description
Brumback Real Estate & Construction is a multifaceted company with a diverse portfolio of properties and businesses. We continue to grow in an exciting industry as the Developer, Operator, and Owner of our real estate projects.
Because of our consistent growth, we need an Office Administrator to join our team at our main office. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greet visitors
· Answer phones, transfer calls and check voicemails
· Monitor general email inbox
· Process incoming/outgoing faxes
· Process incoming/outgoing mail
· Aid Maintaining manual & digital filing system
· Order office supplies as needed
· Assist Property Managers with administrative tasks
· Liaison between Property Managers, Maintenance, and Tenants
· Other duties related to office management or property management may be assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
· Outstanding phone etiquette
· Experience with multi-line phone system
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Professional appearance
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to adapt to changes in procedures
· Ability to multi-task with many interruptions
· Time management
