Brush Sushi from Decatur is moving to Buckhead and are on the search for self- motivated, unpretentious, dependable, coachable, professionals who strive to exceed guests' expectations and passionate about all aspects of the restaurant realm, but more importantly passionate about people! Our establishment is led by, Jason Liang, a James Beard nominated chef, that's been the pioneer of the Edomae Omakase experience in Atlanta that began in 2016. Our company is looking for an experienced, hard-working professional who can help provide exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be required to assist the management staff in supervising the daily operations of the establishment and ensuring guests are always well informed. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to keep up with a high volume of orders, which will make it an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. Sake and craft cocktail knowledge a plus!
Brush Sushi will open it's doors towards the end of July and looking to get a jump start on locking a solid team in place beforehand. We will be conducting a two week training at the beginning of July.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve drinks to customers over the bar.
- Have high attention to detail to ensure drinks are served properly.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Politely converse with guests and make recommendations of what alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages the guests might like.
- Follow procedures and rules for alcohol service.
- Manage inventory.
- Oversee bar operations.
- Desire to learn about sake, wine and craft cocktails.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (lifting kegs and cases are a must).
- 8.00 hourly plus tips.
- Tip range weekly will be $1,000-$1,500.
