Bruxie is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Back-of-House (BOH) Supervisor to join our team in a busy food service establishment. As the BOH Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and BOH staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You will be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, creating and executing menus, and overseeing inventory and cost control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
