Bryant Pipe & Supply, Inc. (BPS) is a retailer of construction and agricultural irrigation products working in the Columbia River Gorge. BPS is a family-owned and run business that has operated in the Hood River Valley since 1986.

Previous work experience in irrigation and landscaping, plumbing, or retail sales is beneficial, but, above all, we are looking for employees with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Warehousing
• Receive, store and distribute inventory within the store and warehouse
• Sort and place items or materials on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Assemble pick tickets from stock
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to transport stored items
• Load bulk landscaping products with skid steer
• Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance
• Continually build product knowledge base

• Retail
• Assist with retail clerk duties when needed
• Load bagged landscaping products
• Demonstrate a positive representation of BPS
• Greet customers throughout the store
• Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as team members

• Maintenance
• Clean and organize warehouse and yard
• Coordinate equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Maintain vehicle service log

• Qualifications:
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to learn and use Point of Sale system
• Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently in a team environment
• Must be available to work Saturdays as required
• Preference for bilingual Spanish/English ability, but not requirement for employment
• Ability to operate a skid loader and forklift preferred

• Physical Ability:
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift to up to 20 to 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to random screening

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00/hour
