Job Summary:
- Provide clinical practice leadership for the operations and staff, clinical and non-clinical, of specified patient services departments including Medical/Surgical and Intensive Care units.
- Direct clinical practice, coordinate patient service delivery, educate and develop staff, control budget(s) and manage the work environment.
- Serve as a resource for interdisciplinary divisions within the hospital.
- The System Acute Care Services Director will divide time, duties, and attention at two campuses based on the need of the patients, departments, organization, and system.
- Wyoming RN License or equivalent compact
- 5 years of progressive leadership and managerial experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- A Master's Degree in a related discipline preferred
- Analytical ability sufficient to evaluate data, make judgments and recommendations regarding operations and budgets, design protocols, and generate well-developed reports
- Professional knowledge that is sufficient to assure the quality of care and patient safety provided in multidisciplinary services areas
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
