12-week temporary assignments
- Premium Pay - $5.00/HR HIGHER THAN FACILITY’S REGULAR PAYSCALE
- This program is for New Hires Only. Current Lilac/Orchid Cove employees are not eligible for this Temporary Employee Program
- Employees will not be eligible for PTO or Benefits as temporary employees.
- Upon completion of the 12-week assignment employees will be eligible for an additional compensation – a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
- At the end of the 12 weeks, employees may choose from the following 2 options:
1. Take another 12-week temporary assignment, OR
2. Become a regular full-time employee at a regular pay rate and receive PTO and employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.).
Brynwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 97-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Monticello, FL. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of caregivers. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

What you bring to our team:
- Active Florida LPN license
- Current/active CPR certification preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

- Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:
- Assess and document resident progress in the medical record
- Perform preventative skin care, dressing changes, and wound care
- Communicate pertinent information about resident condition and progress to supervisors and DON
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures
- Assist in the admissions process, transfer process, and discharge process
- Other duties as assigned
