What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Relationship Manager position at BSA Services Corp.?
- Manage multiple accounts within an assigned territory, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Establish and implement sales growth plan for each customer and location
- Gain consistent understanding of our Value Proposition and execute it
- Always look for ways to provide value to our customers, documenting cost savings and reporting back to the customer
- Partner with local supplier representatives and Specialists to create value and improved efficiencies for all customers
- Develop a pipeline of customer prospects through networking, referrals, research and cold calling, utilizing our CRM (Proton AI)
- Plan, organize and schedule territory development
- Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing industry
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus
- Experience with cutting tools, metalworking, tapes, abrasives or adhesives is desired, but not required

Pay: $63,879.00 - $75,531.00 per year
