Role: Payroll/HRIS Specialist

Job Description:
This position requires demonstrated Payroll experience, strong knowledge of Payroll practices and an understanding of Integrated Payroll and Human Resources applications.
Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of hands-on Payroll experience is a must.
Knowledge of certified payroll and interest in HRIS is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Being a key member of the payroll team to support the implementation and continued development of the payroll system
Collaborating with the Payroll team in partnership with HR and MIS to ensure that our new system meets the end user needs while maintaining confidentiality and required compliance standards.
Creating and maintaining reports.
Assisting with system maintenance, testing, and documentation of procedures.
Providing training and support to end users.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
