We currently have an opening for a Shipping Coordinator!
Food Service Holdings (FSH) is a food service equipment manufacturer headquartered in Denver, CO. We create innovative solutions through the BSI, English Manufacturing, and Colorado Custom Stone brands. Quite simply, we bring style and functionality to servery. We build beautiful counters, innovative food guards, products that display food at its best and, of course, custom-fabricated stainless food service equipment.
The Shipping Coordinator ships Food Service Holdings products to customers meeting each project ship date and shipping specifications. This position will box and ship small part orders, while all other projects are boxed by our Shipping and Crating team. This role interfaces externally with freight companies to research and find the best shipping rate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ship all FSH products to attain customer’s meeting the project ship date and shipping specifications.
- Review packaging and crating of each project to ensure the product arrives undamaged.
- Prepare and process shipping paperwork, including Bill of Ladings (BOL), shipping labels, and packing slips.
- Ensure all packages and crates are individually marked with the correct shipping information and safety labels.
- Interface with external customers to verify the product was received and unloading needs were met.
- Partner with internal project managers to verify all shipping information.
- Process necessary paperwork for freight claims and follow up with freight company to resolve any outstanding claims.
Job Type: Full Time Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, determined on experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
