The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. They will have a strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, and be able to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. The Data Analyst will work with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports that provide insight into business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into business operations and performance
- Gather business requirements and translate them into data visualizations and reports
- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports and data sources
- Collaborate with other data analysts and business stakeholders to improve data quality and accuracy
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization best practices
- Experience in data preparation, transformation, and modeling
- Understanding of database design and SQL
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as R, Python, or SAS is a plus
