This role provides financial analysis, reporting and related support for three US locations consolidated in Greenville, SC.
The successful candidate will have an accounting background and possess proven knowledge of key financial metrics. Activities will focus on providing standardized reporting to the business as well as supporting other critical initiatives and processes. Continuous improvement will be a focus as the business grows and changes. Financial accuracy of all data is imperative. Financial models will be utilized, and the successful candidate will need a high level of experience with related spreadsheets and tables.
Due to growth of the company, this is a newly created role based in the Greenville, SC office. This position reports to the US Group Finance Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist with standard month end reporting and ad-hoc reporting.
· Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, reforecasting.
· Assist with account reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
· Variance and trend analysis including economic bridges and commentary on variances to prior year, budget, prior forecast.
· Develop, maintain trackers of key financial metrics.
· Assist team with capital project support and ROI calculations.
· Maintain custody of fixed asset ledger and work with business contacts to determine in service dates.
· Work within team to provide data to Lucideon UK for consolidation and reporting.
· Prepare proformas and schedules via computerized reporting packages.
· Prepare schedules to support year end audit requirements.
· Define current processes and suggest improvements.
· Interact with operation personnel on questions and requests.
· Apply company policies and procedures correctly and consistently.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of financial experience in similar role.
- High degree of proficiency with excel and other Microsoft Office applications with ability to retrieve data, manipulate data, and present useful analytical information.
- Ability to work with an ERP system.
- Due to the requirements of certain clients, only U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be considered.
