Property Management & Project Manager
A Property Management & Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to complete a wide variety of real estate related projects by a set deadline and within a defined budget. Their duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, hiring freelance professionals or selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Tasks could include organizing land development projects, soliciting bids for property management providers, or interacting with various organizations from local governments to project homeowners’ associations. Whatever the project, you will be expected to conduct yourself professionally, move towards achieving the goals laid out for you quickly, and identifying and solving any obstacles that you meet.

Duties are but not limited to:
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules
- Communicate and work closely with customers, vendors and installers
- Proactively handle project issues and/or risks
- Assist and work with engineering, purchasing and production teams
· Quarterly site visits
· Travel is a requirement
Qualifications:
· High School diploma
· 4 years college
· Accounting background a plus
· 3-5 years’ experience
· Critical thinker and problem solver
· Attention to detail
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Design, installation methods and materials knowledge
· Effective oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
