We're looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing marketing team.
This individual is passionate about B2B marketing, has experience in the field, and is excited to hone their marketing capabilities in an environment that is both high-performing and big-hearted. This role will provide frequent opportunities to stretch and grow, and requires someone who is willing to tinker, innovate, and contribute positively to the team's overall impact on the growth of the business. This Marketing Associate role can be based in any of the following BTS office locations: NYC, Boston (remote), Chicago, or San Francisco.
As part of the global marketing team, this individual will work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Branding and Design. They will develop and curate easily accessible, high-quality content that demonstrate BTS's perspective, and creates the bridge between marketplace visibility and impactful sales conversations. They will contribute to messaging and thought leadership across our marketing funnel - from sparking interest to booking a deal.
This role will report into the Head of Content, Brand, and Engagement and directly report to the team's Marketing Manager.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Content Development and Curation: create and maintain a library of BTS's thought leadership and collateral in a way that it is accessible and relevant.
- Codify Solutions and Insights: work with BTS experts around the world to understand and codify insights, solutions, client stories, and our point of view.
- Social Media Management and Content: create social media posts to support content creation; manage posting on the corporate LinkedIn page, partner on MarketBeam content posting.
- Communications: prepare and share internal communications of the availability of new and updated marketing content and collateral across BTS communications channels, including Slack and newsletters; provide compelling outreach and marketing copy for AMs and SET to leverage newly created content to create conversation.
- Website Content Support and Creation: post thought leadership content, maximize SEO performance, and create web page copy.
- Design and Video Content Support: provide scripting and editing support for the creative team's projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with social media management and tactics
- Experience drafting case studies, collateral, web content
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple, competing priorities
- Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience specifically in professional services marketing
- Expertise creating and deploying marketing messaging that engage business and talent leaders
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with Sprout or similar social media platform
- Experience with Pardot
- Knowledge of SEO principles and tactics
- Bilingual abilities, preferably Spanish
Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
- Starting salary is determined by experience and education/degree level
