RemoteThis temporary Administrative position is within the Employee Relations Operations (ER Ops) team of the Enterprise Services organization. This role of Offboarding Coordinator will assist with projects and assignments related to ER Ops employee offboarding activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Transactional support such as data entry, data analysis, maintenance of manual spreadsheets in compliance with service level agreements (SLA)
- Office functions such as maintaining files, review of drafts and finished documents
- Shipment, receipt, and accountability of sensitive materials
- Communication with parties internally and externally, including former employees, in response to general inquiries
- Gather, compile and report on information relevant to assignments
You’re highly skilled in:
- HR Data Privacy
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office suite that includes Word and Excel, as well as familiarization with using Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer and office skills
- Ability to follow verbal instruction, standard operating procedures, think independently, and use sound judgement, but know when to ask questions
- Ability to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives
- Discretion, ability to work with sensitive and confidential matters effectively
- Utilize critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail is critical

- Ability to work effectively and productively, independently and collaboratively in remote environment
Minimum Education Required:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Desired Education:
Associate degree or equivalent experience
This is a temporary position of an undetermined length.
The salary range for this role is 22-28/hr; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training and key skills.
