Responsibilities:
- Manage the back of house team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
- Develop and implement effective schedules and procedures for the back of the house team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen area to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the Front of the House team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of food service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible quality and value for our guests.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and retention of Kitchen staff, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen management, with a focus on food quality, communication and customer service.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
- Willingness to help with other tasks and duties as needed, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
