Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet all customers with a friendly & courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls & transfer to the appropriate staff member.
- Process all payments with accuracy & efficiency.
- Answer customer questions or direct customer to the appropriate staff member.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Provides administrative assistance to departments as needed
- Maintain proper filing and scanning of documents
- Have a thorough working knowledge of the property
Requirements:
- Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor
- Clerical skills including good telephone techniques
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic office equipment knowledge including computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be motivated, energetic, willing to help wherever needed
- Must be able to multi-task, take direction, and must be a team-player
- Must have outgoing and positive attitude!
