Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a Contract Talent Sourcer with advanced sourcing expertise in the Engineering, Accounting/Finance, and/or IT professions.
Role Summary:
The Contract Talent Sourcer is an expert in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and channels to identify and engage passive candidates and will work in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team to present competitive talent to the Buckeye organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Collaborates with Recruiters to evaluate position criteria and determine candidate requirements.
- Develops sourcing strategies for each assigned requisition using creative and targeted techniques.
- Actively engages the candidate market in direct outreach and conducts introduction communications with interested candidates.
- Presents qualified and screened candidates to Recruiters.
- Builds a pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned
- Researches the market to successfully run successful search campaigns in professional networks, associations, and social media websites.
- Provides regular updates on sourcing progress to Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership as needed.
- Ensures ongoing communications with Talent Acquisition leadership, Recruiters and candidates.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other equivalent discipline preferred.
- 5 years of experience sourcing engineering, accounting/finance, and/or IT talent.
- 2 years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in developing and executing successful sourcing plans
- Advanced experience and understanding of sourcing techniques and tools including social networking (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), Boolean searching and traditional networking methodologies
- Strong relationship management skills to identify, assess, and maintain candidate relationships.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or customer relationship management (CRM) applications.
- Experience managing multiple assignments by providing on-going documentation and status to stake-holders
- Demonstrated creative problem solving ability and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Certificates & Licenses:
- AIRS certifications or related a plus
