Job Description
Responsible of the installation and splicing of coaxial cable to upgrade/troubleshoot telecommunication systems. Our company prides itself on providing paid training to our technicians to keep them proficient in the latest technologies. Our company will also provide you with the tools you need such as your own work vehicle!
We pay you to train, look at what you will learn
Duties & Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, design maps, and other basic electronic designs
- Operate a bucket truck and other related equipment to effectively perform job duties
- Place and install coax cable
- Troubleshooting and repair of existing coax lines and line equipment
- Splice overhead and underground coaxial cables
- Testing, tuning, and balancing equipment to troubleshoot a service line
Skills & Qualifications
- field experience (preferred)
- Ability to work on call, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license required and clean driving record 3 years
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
