What are the responsibilities and job description for the Butcher position at Buddakan?

Qualified Butchers will have:

- 1-2+ years’ experience as a Butcher in a well rated NYT restaurant
- Experience with prime cuts of meat, fish, and game
- Full understanding of FIFO along with DOH cleaning standards
- Sharp knifes required!!
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
- Fulltime availability; including weekends(typical shifts 10AM-5PM)
