What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Buddys Home Furnishings?
Summary: Sales Manager will be a position that is grooming you for running your own store in the short future. SM will learn all aspects of the job and help maintain a profitable business while learning on the job. Responsible for maintaining the sales floor, Keeping it priced, cleaned & merchandised with help from the Delivery Technicians, Doing Field Visits, Collection Calls and Ordering for the store.
Requirements: Outgoing with good communication skills, Selling skills, and ability to present the rent to own program and all its benefits and features in a positive manner. Effective organizational skills and ability to multi task. Learn and become proficient in POS system, maintain professional appearance and good work ethic. Must be able to listen to problems and be able to resolve them. Ability to travel
Physical Requirements: Routinely requires lifting, loading, and using a dolly to move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to pass a Background Check, Drug Test, and MVR Check, 21 years of age with at least 3 years of being licensed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
