The Solar Technical Sales Analyst will be focused on the coordination and production of cohesive proposals including technical, contractual and pricing information. You will be a critical part of accurate and efficient delivery of proposals for our Sales Representatives to present to our customers and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities will include

  • Collecting, monitoring, and transferring of data into our systems
  • Preparing sales proposals
  • Preparing helioscope drawings
  • Analyzing customer utility bills
  • Conducting market analysis research
  • Staying current on incentives within each jurisdiction across multiple states
  • Researching and preparing information for utility requirements
  • Researching SREC requirements within each jurisdiction across multiple states
  • Preparing a repository of the required information in preparation and response for RFP’s
  • Working closely with with the sales, engineering, procurement, and project management team collecting data to ensure a accurate proposal

  • Highly organized and efficient with time management. Able to track and execute across several workflows simultaneously.
  • Ability to clearly and rapidly define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • High-level of proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and experience with energy prediction software preferred
  • Understanding of PV technology landscape (power markets, players, and LCOE drivers) preferred
  • Drive to improve organizational efficiency through process improvement and utilizing technology

Qualifications

  • Solar sales, development, or design experience preferred
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • 2 years experience in in customer facing project management
  • Experience in creation of complex dashboards
  • Hands on development experience
  • Proven knowledge of data collection methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
