College Access & Persistence Academy Coordinator (CAPC) (Full-time). 40 hours Exempt
The CAP Coordinator (CAPC) is focused on providing intensive services to a small cohort of youth, equipping them with skills fostering academic, personal, and professional success and helping students with post-secondary education accessibility and financial aid. The (CAPC) serves as a key support person to each student entering the BUILD College Access and Persistence Academy as a high school junior with the goal of coaching them to timely graduation from high school and enrollment into the post-secondary institution of their choice. Additionally, this person will connect these students to necessary resources and support to successfully graduate with a degree. The (CAPC) report directly to the Middle and Secondary School Education Services Manager.
