Sales Agent Needed 

Have a natural knack for connecting with people? Do you find it easy to listen and sympathize with people's problems and then presenting our product to help them? Then we want to talk to you about our salesperson position.

Our busy firm needs a sales agent to help us grow our brand and sell our services to doctors, dentists, ophthalmologists, and other medical professionals who need great employees. This is a full-time position at our office that offers base pay plus commission.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Agent

First and foremost – there is NO COLD CALLING in this position! Every potential client you talk to will have contacted us first to request more information about Build My Team's services.

It will be your job to educate our prospects on the Build My Team system, show them how it works, and explain its benefits to them … ultimately bringing them on as Build My Team clients. You'll be on the phone a lot! The vast majority of your sales meetings will be held virtually.

You will attend trade shows in order to educate others on our services and close sales.

Experience Needed:

Prior sales experience is desirable, but we'd be happy to train the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning!
