Position Title: Rental Center Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Rental Center Manager provides exceptional customer service in order to achieve rental revenue goals. The Manager also manages day to day scheduling and dispatch of equipment rentals and provides supervision and oversight of operations.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage new and existing customer accounts by managing customer expectations; resolves customer issues and concerns.
- Develops new accounts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services.
- Receives and processes customer orders and serves as the customer’s primary point of contact.
- Assist in orienting customer on equipment and vehicles, if needed.
- Completes Rental Agreements and contract timely and accurately.
- Dispatches and manages the day to day trucking needs.
- Maintains service records on all equipment and is responsible for maintenence on all equipment in coordination with rental assistant, in house shop or manufacturer service department.

- Passion for/Knowledge of equipment (Scissor Lifts, Skid Steers, Mini Ex, Loaders, Multi Terrain Loaders) a plus.
- Experience with general contractor’s, excavators, and landscapers a plus.
- Hungry to learn and an ability to apply new knowledge.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Rental experience preferred.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
