Job Title : Region Coordinator (CBUSA) West Division
Compensation : $50,000-$65,000 per year
Location : Remote (Preference will be given to applicants located in Nebraska, Oklahoma or Colorado)
The Job :
The Region Coordinator CBUSA is responsible for the operational support of CBUSA region leadership with vendor and builder engagement, reporting, customer service & accounting, and program administration.
CBUSA is the leading group purchasing organization in the residential construction market. CBUSA was purchased by Buildertrend in 2021, which allowed for even greater support for our members.

What You Will Do :
- Support Region leadership efforts to grow the network through recruitment, quarterly review of member engagement data and market metrics.
- Execute and maintain up to date membership documentation and manage new member contract documentation.
- Coordinate monthly market meetings including builder attendance and sponsor engagement.
- Drive builder and vendor participation in quarterly reporting and discrepancy process.
- Review reporting status and metrics and on a regular basis.
- Serve as customer service support contact for builder / vendor members having reporting questions.
- Drive builder participation during national contract reporting.
- Provide ongoing customer service for all builder and vendor members in the market.
- Maintain builder related customer service & accounting needs including subscription audits, general account updates, and rebate distribution information.
- Maintain vendor related customer service & account needs including invoicing, general account updates and payment reconciliations.
- Provide support for builders participating in National Contracts and Committed Purchase Program.
- Provide support and engagement of local vendors who support National Contracts and Committed Purchases.
- Support National Contract Program Data analyst with specific market requests.
- Survey and collect data from active members.
Who You Are and What You Need :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience with company operations preferred.
- Previous experience in homebuilding industry is preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) and internet applications.
- Strong customer service, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and people skills.
- Maintain high accuracy in work and attention to detail.
- Travel required as needed, depending on business requirements.
