Job Title : Training Coordinator
Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 Salary

The Job :
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs for employees across multiple departments.
What You Will Do :
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop appropriate training materials to address those gaps.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and training room set-up.
- Track and analyze training metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and external vendors to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce training concepts and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date training records.
Who You Are and What You Need :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2 years of experience in training or coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to travel to multiple locations, as needed.
