The Opportunity We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented, and driven Production Manager to lead our millwork team. In this position, you will play a key role in departmental planning and oversee your team’s progress. You will be tasked with finding innovative ways to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of performance and operations management to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize our core values to direct millwork operations emphasizing leadership, accountability, integrity and teamwork
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help purchasers with planning inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform quality controls and monitor production
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in management or related field/experience
- Proven work experience as a manager
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
