Job Title: Professional Office Assistant
This is a temporary opportunity for 8 weeks. Reports to Office Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Prepare and mail monthly invoices and process membership dues
- Update member contracts, proposals, and correspondences
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of secretarial experience
- High School Diploma
- Computer experience
- Team player
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
