Our customer, Banks Construction is looking for a Team Development Leader in North Charleston, SC.

What is a Team Development Leader?
The Construction Industry’s biggest problem today is people – finding people that want to work in construction and proper training. Our response is a newly created position that will invest in our people, by building and leading our Team Development Division.
What you'll get to do:
● Talent Acquisition - Help us grow our team. Attract, recruit, and hire people to expand our highway construction business by 100-150 people over the next 12 months. Optimize our hiring process and ATS configuration to be more efficient and caring/communicative to all applicants, regardless of whether they move forward or not.
● Leadership - Build and lead an HR and talent development team to better engage, train, and retain people. Oversee a team of specialists delivering on recruitment, onboarding, training, safety, communication, performance, rewards and recognition, benefits, and HR compliance.
● Be a visionary - Help us figure out how to build our Team Development Division, what the desired outcomes should be, and in what order.
● Make it happen - Translate vision into action and execute on goals.
● Inspire - Use your outgoing personality and love of people to inspire others at all levels of the company through all stages of their careers.
● Partner - Collaborate with company leadership and teams on our main campus and in the field.
Who you are:
● You are well experienced in Talent Acquisition. You can design an efficient process for high-volume hiring, including the basic configuration of ATS workflows, prescreens, emails, and automated steps.
● You have sourcing skills for hard-to-fill roles, the ability to research, network, connect, recruit, and troubleshoot through hiring challenges, continually evolving strategies as needed.
● You have successfully led teams, ideally across disciplines, and through change.
● Even better if you have experience in the construction industry.
● Even better if you are familiar with Arcoro / Birddog ATS.
