Delivery Lead

We're adding a Delivery Lead to our growing team of modern workplace consultants. This is a unique and integral role for our team that requires strong communication skills, a passion for providing high quality solutions to clients, and a drive for continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to take on playing the roles of project manager, Scrum Master, and business analyst on a variety of projects with clients in many different industries.

Position Description:

In this role, you'll own the success of projects and lead the team to ensure that deliverables are high quality, on time, and within budget. In order to do that, you'll be the point of contact with the clients you work with and advocate for their needs to your team, and vice versa. This requires that you take a thoughtful strategic approach to communication, while staying focused on the why behind the work. You'll also need to remove blockers for your team and keep everyone aligned at all times.

You'll lead cross functional teams of developers, designers, architects, admins, and content strategists at Bulb, while partnering with business owners, product owners, and subject matter experts on the client side, in order to execute technology solutions that solve business problems.

You'll also partner with internal account and service leads to help build and grow client relationships and contribute to crafting statements of work. You’ll lead teams and strategy for some clients, coach lead developers or principles on delivery techniques on others, while keeping a pulse on the high level status for all projects.

Some travel to customer sites is required and expected.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
